Egon Spengler, Ph.D is responsible for the main theoretical framework
behind the ground-breaking theory which is the basis behind the
Ghostbusters equipment.
In collaboration with his colleague, Dr. Ray Stantz, Dr. Spengler is responsible for the design of the
Ghostbusters equipment.
His main interest lies in theoretical work, leaving the practical applications of their work to Dr. Stantz.
When not busy Ghostbusting, Dr. Spengler collects spores, molds, and fungus, as a hobby.
