He howls. He's mad. (hey, they don't call him "Howling Mad" for nothing!) He plays unplugged videos, hears imaginary voices and has delusional visions. He's a mental aerobics master, flicking through his characters faster than a thief through a bankroll. He's even got a silly smirk - he tried a serious one once, but it just didn't work. An expert pilot, he can fly anything with wings or blades.

Murdock is a valued member of the A-Team. When ever the Team needs him for a mission, which is quite frequently, they find a way around the VA Hospital security and break him out of his padded cell.
