The safest way to travel is by air, but not with Charles Rane on board! "The Rane of Terror," the
highly intelligent, charming and fearless mastermind behind four recent terrorist attacks (he doesn't follow a
cause, he bombs airplanes for pleasure) is in FBI custody and is being transported to LA from Miami for trial
by a coterie of agents. Although Rane has escaped captivity several times before, the FBI does not think he
needs too much security on his civilian flight across America. As the aircraft is taking off, Rane's
associates, who were planted aboard ready to extract him from custody, take over the plane and free their
leader.
