A topic is "on" if it:
(1) refers in any way, in any incarnation, even by the most
glancing of tangents, to any one of the Unattainables
on the list.
(2) is of interest to two or more of the list members, past,
present or future.
(3) pertains to any list member (past, present or future) in any way, fashion, form
or
desire.
