There's nothing more scary in this world than a smart serial killer. A killer who has everything so planned
out, so very well thought that it becomes fool proof. Hannibal Lector is one of these men. He knows all about
a loose serial killer on the streets, Wild Bill, that he has the police department and FBI overlooking his
sick and wild plans. It's not long before Hannibal gets free and begins roaming the streets as a free man.
The scary thing is, he fits right in with everyday man, even though he's killing off most of
them. Hannibal knows how to work your mind. Deal with your emotions, and use them all against you, and that's
when he strikes like a python.
